For some inexplicable reason by Gábor Reisz is an unconventional coming of age story, about the unbearable lightness of being a youngster, with an exact glimpse of the city where Áron lives, Budapest. Áron is a pathetic 29-year-old guy, who tries to find himself in the storm of his job seeking, his recent break up, his extremely critical parents and his own complexes. After purchasing a ticket to Lisbon he seems to be able to start living his own life eventually.

He started his studies at the Hungarian University of P.E in 1999, later received his major degree at Eötvös Lóránd University on Film Theory and Film History Faculty in 2003. He was enrolled to the University of Theatre and Film in Budapest as a film and television director in 2006.
