Annual AHEA conference at the Brooklyn Campus of Long Island University, 26-29 April Every year, the American Hungarian Educators Association hosts the largest US conference on the interdisciplinary field of Hungarian Studies featuring two full days and numerous panels of presentations and discussions. The Hungarian Cultural Center is proud to be a sponsor of this year's convention, held at the Brooklyn Campus of Long Island University. TheAmerican Hungarian Educators Association (AHEA) - Amerikai Magyar Tanárok Egyesülete - is a professional and scholarly organization devoted to the teaching and dissemination of Hungarian culture including history, folklore, literature, language, fine arts, music and scientific achievements. Every year, the organization hosts the largest US conference on the interdisciplinary field of Hungarian Studies featuring two full days and numerous panels of presentations and discussions.
